[solved] – – PC turns off suddenly – – pc boots then turns off

Dear doctors :hello

First of all, all important data and system specifications…

You are watching: pc boots then turns off

First of all, all important data and system specifications:

————————————————– ————————
DEVICE: Alienware x51 R2 (about 6 years old)
SYSTEM TYPE: x64 based PC
PORCESSOR: Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-4130 CPU 3.40GHz, 3400MHz, 2 core(s), 4 logical(s)…
SMBIOS VERSION: 2.7
BIOS MODE: UEFI

GRAPHICS CARD: NVIDIA Geforce GTX 750 Ti
DISPLAY: Intel(R) HD Graphics 4400

MEMORY TYPE: DDR3
CHANNEL: Dual
SIZE: 6GB

WINDOWS: Windows 10 Home
VERSION: 1709
————————————————– ————————

The following problem:

Simply explained, my PC often turns off suddenly. There is no special program or anything special that turns off the PC. Sometimes it happens right after I boot up the PC, sometimes 30 minutes later.
I noticed that if I don’t use the PC for a long time, i.e. it is not switched on or is disconnected from the power supply, after a week it can run continuously for a longer period of time without incident. So if I don’t use my PC for 1-2 weeks, I can then operate and use it normally. However, if it is then switched on or used regularly again, the problem reappears.

What does it all look like then?
Well, that’s a bit more complicated because sometimes it looks different:

1. Rarely does an error message appear on the blue screen with a stop code (see attachment), the error code also changes more often, so it is not always the error code that is displayed in the picture in the attachment.

2. As a rule, it simply switches itself off, which looks exactly like pulling out the mains plug… Then it either tries to start up again directly, which then works the first time

OR

It switches itself off normally as described above, but then boots several times in a row (it rarely “beeps”) after booting several times, the PC then boots up “normally” and the lock screen is displayed in order to be able to log into your Windows account.

I’ve had this problem for a long time and unfortunately I still haven’t found a solution. If you open the PC, you won’t find anything out of the ordinary and everything looks normal, as it should. If the PC is connected to a different power supply, the problem also occurs.

Although the problem appears to be very complex, there may be some hope that one of you doctors can help me.
Thank you in advance for checking out the post and getting involved!

Greetings Maxx

P.S.: As mentioned above, the problem “disappears” for a certain time if I don’t use the PC for a long time or if I disconnect it from the power supply. However, the problem keeps popping up at some point. . .
